The new 2023-24 RC Lens European jersey is inspired by that worn by the club during the 2002-03 season, the last time they were in the UEFA Champions League. The shirt is predominantly gold with the bottom half of the collar coloured red. Both the Puma logo on the right breast and the shirt sponsor in the centre of the front are coloured red. On the left breast is the RC Lens badge.
